Conducted research that directly informed product development. Created successful outreach and partnership programs. New customers included Nestle brands, Walmart suppliers, ag/growers, manufacturers, tech, retail, municipalities, and CPG.
Partnered with scientific co-founder and built partnership with lifecycle analysts to develop an innovative Scope 3 product.
Worked with sustainability officers and a range of other functions to provide them with GHGIs, reduction strategies and carbon neutral certification as well as data to report to various frameworks such as CDP, TCFD, B-Corp, and SASB.

Began working from the inception of EI Solutions (formerly Prevalent Power) in the founder's Bay Area living room to go to market and then grow the company.
Designed and implemented research that identified barriers to adoption and informed the creation of an innovative PV financing offering. Developed a range of unique lead generation programs including building a first of its kind database.
Created a stand-out brand concept and go- to-market strategy that featured our customers as thought leaders who were improving their companies and the world resulting in customer acquisition that included Google, Dolby, Walt Disney, and North Face.

The city wanted to understand the feasibility and potential paths to develop land mounted solar on a defunct landfill.
Engaged with developers, engineers, the EPA, utilities, and sustainability professionals who had deployed landfill solar.
Delivered a comprehensive feasibility assessment for a 6MW landfill solar PV development project.
Provided recommendations and connections to developers. Outlined a systems-approach option that included an automotive OEM partnership and an EV and solar technical student training program at the high school that was adjacent to the site.

Drawing on my extensive background in renewable energy, sustainability and carbon accounting I advise on the "E" components of their portfolio companies.
As CMO, i'm also thrilled to be growing this brand and the awareness of this pioneering asset management firm in order to encourage more investors to align their money with their values. Only .7% of AUM (assets under management) are managed by women and we're on a mission to change that.

This service developed by Watsco Ventures was the first subscription service of its kind in the U.S.; delivering the most efficient air conditioning systems on the market plus remote monitoring. As an entirely new concept it needed a unique go-to-market strategy.
Created a research approach that informed how to accelerate adoption. Re-defined the brand positioning, reworked messaging, and identified the most cost effective way to market this new concept. Also provided leadership and management to the team members as well as staff and resources from the funding company.

I was brought in to build a team, redefine the brand and support a documentary and book launch.
Established presence at the UN including launching the documentary at the UN gathering on Women and Girls. Built and managed the team that delivered NY Times bestseller status and exponential social media growth. The rebranding and new positioning exceeded expectations in post launch consumer testing.
